The snowbanks are about five feet tall alongside my driveway, and the temperature is hovering around freezing. The walking path nearby is still nearly impassable, since it hasn’t been ploughed at all since the big snowfall on Monday. And the tree on my front lawn is sprouting buds, clearly confused as to what it’s supposed to do next.
My Christmas shopping has been done for days, and thank goodness. It’s weird out there right now.
